animal parenting (besides humans)

 Today i am writing about animal parenting! the parenting bug  is the only (or maybe one of the few)egg laying animals to raise their children! male seahorses lay eggs! orangutans are the primate that raises their children the longest besides humans! i will end with an animal parenting story one squirrel was rescued by a wildlife rescuer but instead of the rescuer raising the squirrel the rescuers dog who just had pups did! so the squirrel was raised just like the pups!

    Wow I really like that story about the squirrel. Great post. I wonder about how long different animals are inside their mom's bodies before they are born.
